What's inside every RichPoppa report
Six views of the same company, built entirely from public information — including the parts promoters won't show you.
Hidden Gem Score
Measures the gap between a stock's data activity and the public attention it's getting. A research flag for under-covered names — never a prediction of returns.
AI Company Analysis
A plain-language summary of what the company does, what it's telling investors, and where the open questions are — sourced from public records.
Share Structure Review
Outstanding shares, float, authorized shares, and dilution history — the numbers that determine whether shareholders keep or lose their slice of the company.
Social Activity
How much online discussion a ticker is getting and how that's changing. Context on the crowd — because sudden buzz can mean news, or it can mean a promotion.
Promotion Detection
Checks for signs of paid promotion campaigns — a common setup for pump-and-dump schemes that leave late buyers holding the losses.
SEC Filing Insights
We read full filings from SEC EDGAR the moment they post and summarize what changed — material events, share registrations, custodianship, and more.
How to read what we show you
We believe a research tool should explain itself. Here's exactly what each part of a RichPoppa report measures — and what it doesn't.
An attention gap measurement — not a prediction
The Hidden Gem Score measures how little public attention a stock is getting relative to its recent data activity (volume changes, filings, share structure). A high score means "under-covered and worth researching." It does not mean the stock is likely to go up — it's never worth buying on that basis alone, and it is not a rating or recommendation.
A plain-language summary of public information
Our AI reads public sources — including full SEC filings — and summarizes what the company says about itself, in words a beginner can follow. It flags both encouraging details and red flags like dilution risk.
Context that's easy to miss
Share Structure Review shows outstanding shares, float, and dilution history. Social Activity shows how much online discussion a ticker is getting. Both describe what's happening now — not what happens next.
A warning system, not a green light
We check for signs of paid stock promotion campaigns, which often precede pump-and-dump losses. "No promotion detected" doesn't make a stock safe — it just removes one known red flag.
Built for the OTC market
Small caps. Thin coverage. Better tooling.
Know the risks before you start
We want you to use this tool with clear eyes. OTC and penny stocks are among the riskiest investments that exist:
- You can lose your entire investment. Many OTC companies fail, dilute shareholders, or become impossible to sell out of.
- Prices can be manipulated. Low-volume stocks are frequent targets of pump-and-dump schemes.
- Information is limited. Many OTC companies report less financial information than exchange-listed companies.
- Past patterns don't repeat on demand. No data signal, score, or screener can predict future prices.
Never invest money you can't afford to lose, and consider speaking with a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.
